Established in 1970, Rensselaerville Realty is a Hudson Valley based full-service real estate firm providing brokerage, consulting, and marketing services to a wide array of clients both domestically and internationally. With offices in Dutchess and Albany Counties as well as Manhattan, we offer an unmatched level of personal service to clients looking to buy or sell properties of quality at all price points.
Location
Our offices are located in Rensselaerville, NY and in Clinton Corners, NY with satellite offices in Millerton, NY and Manhattan. The Clinton Corners office is located between Millbrook and Rhinebeck (East of the Hudson River), about 1 1/2 hours North of New York City and services Northern Dutchess and Columbia Counties. The Rensselaerville office is located West of the Hudson River, (2 1/2 hours North of New York City and 30 minutes South of Albany), and services the area around historic Rensselaerville and parts of Albany County including certain properties in the City of Albany both residential and commercial.
